    You don’t have to be technical. BrewPOS will deliver a bench tested network with your menu in the system ready to go. From there you need someone who can find your internet router and plug the system in. You will need cat5 or cat6 cables run to each station and the kitchen printers. This system comes programmed at our site, and fully tested. So you won’t have to do any technical work. As always we recommend you have a network specialist set up your restaurant network so that your POS is PCI Compliant and firewall protected.

A single 15 inch touch screen station with cash drawer, printer, card reader starts at the low end at $1299 and could be as much as $2500 if you want something truly industrial.

  • Does BrewPOS offer a trial or free download available?

    BrewPOS has no Trial, However we are happy to demo the product with you. In addition if you do not like the software it is SAS so you can discontinue the service.

  • Does BrewPOS offer any kind of training/education for their product?

    BrewPOS offers full online training for your staff with live support agents. We will offer multiple sessions if necessary.
    BrewPOS also offers how to guides and manuals with its installation.

    BrewPOS will provide onsite training at an additional cost if desired.

    BrewPOS offers 24/7 support. What's that really mean. Lots of companies claim it. For us we provide full support business hours at our 1800 number. Some one will answer the phone or call you back quickly if you leave a message. If your a new customer you can expect the same results with extend hours. But wait you said 24/7. Yes, if you call late night, a technician will review your voicemail, if your problem is mission critical you will quickly receive a call back, however if the question or problem is less critical you wont get a call till the next day.
