"Bad Dinosaur took the time to understand our mission upfront and translated that into a technical design that could help us test our hypothesis with real customers quickly. At the first co-design meeting, it was great to see the service taking shape at this milestone and it was a good opportunity to reassess the direction and priority of work still to be done with the time we had left. In the co-design process it could be frustrating at times not to be involved with all the discussions that take place when building a product like this, as ordinarily I'd be very close to the team and technical/UX discussions that way you understand the trade-offs. Saying that, I know that in such a short space of time the doing is the most important thing, and I've had to sit on my hands a little bit for fear of becoming a hinderance.As a perfectionist I've been reminded that it's better to go out and learn from customers than it is to perfect something they don't want, so it's been a lesson for me in process and product management which I don't have much experience in. Without our digital service we couldn't start to help businesses and customers work together to create better off-line experiences. Bad Dinosaur have helped us deliver the first piece of that puzzle which is incredibly exciting. I would recommend Bad Dinosaur to others, I think they are a great partner for startups looking to go out and prove a business model."
