Payment Gateway Integration

Award Force is a web-based awards management tool that empowers you to manage entries, promote your awards, take payments, and handle judging. Participants can submit entries online 24/7, with constant auto-save which means no labor is lost if a participant loses link to the website. You can then review, track, moderate, tag, filter, and search entries in real time. Integration with payment gateway permits participants to pay entry charges online and you can set charges and take payment in several currencies, with added choices for variable fees, like late or early bird entries, configuring VAT/GST, and providing discount codes.

Four Judging Modes

Award Force offers four judging modes: You can use Qualifying to determine via consensus the entries that qualify for next judging rounds; Top Pick provides each entrant a single transferable vote (STV), permitting them to rank their preferred entries in descending order; With the Voting mode, participants can share their entry on social sites to collect votes; Finally, VIP Judging utilizes the experience and knowledge of invited judges to provide scores for entries.  

Vanity Domain

Award Force presents a vanity domain for every award account, and you can customize your domain with a suitable color palette for your brand, along with brand logos and assets. You can give your sponsors visibility all through the awards procedure. Further, you can export data and download reports on several elements of the awards procedure, including entries, payments, comments, scores, judging progress, votes leaderboards, and judging leaderboards. Finally, you can store all entries and results of each season in a web-based archive that you can refer back to any time.
