    Our users don't have to be too technical to use our platform. Our platform is fairly intuitive and offers the user a chance to use it with ease and all matters that become too complicated for the user can be solved with the help of our support team.

    Avokaado offers access to a global pre-lawyered template ecosystem, also you have unlimited external collaborators and online signatures. In addition we have integrated eSignature functionality which means you don’t have to pay for external digital signature providers.

    Avokaado is a true collaboration platform which is bridging the gap between lawyers and businesses. Avokaado is a CLM for growth companies to accelerate the contracting process using collaborative workflows and open-source model documents libraries published by member law firms. For law firms we provide a contract automation platform with workflows, access to model documents marketplace and one-click set up for branded client contract portals with mini CLM features.

    In the nearest future, we'll be launching a Word add-in to make collaborative drafting more accessible and easy to use.

    We offer an option to log in with Office365.

  • Software pricing can often be complex. If it's pretty straightforward, list tiers, pricing (per year, seat, etc) and limits for Avokaado. If it's not simple, use broad estimates or ranges for typical setups.

    We offer five packages to our clients.

    The first one is Freemium package which is for free and allows the user access to templates and the opportunity to store their contracts securely.

    The second one is the Starter package which is for 29€ a month per user and offers the user smart-darfting, in-document collaboration and unlimited signatures.

    The third package is the Standard package which is for 49€ a month per user. This offers the user additional features like reminders, dynamic approval flows, external document upload and user roles and usergroups.

    The fourth one is the Premium package which is 600€ a year per user. This offers our most innovative feature - the no-code contract automation. Here the user has the opportunity to automate their contracts themselves.

    Our last package is the Custom package where the price is set in accordance to the clients needs. This is offered usually to large teams and API users who want a customizable solution. Starting from customized sign in page, whitelabel customer portal and advanced sign in options.

  • Does Avokaado offer a trial or free download available?

    Yes, there is a free trial period of 7-days. No credit card needed.

  • Does Avokaado offer any kind of training/education for their product?

    In our premium package user gets access to the feature which allows them to automate their contracts themselves and although this is a no-code process we still have our new users have sessions with our legal engineer to make their onboarding experience smooth.
