The Lumens catalog feature, a standard feature embedded in Lumens, allows users to input course data, run a report, run a catalog extract, then download the catalog as a text file. Learning Connection then emails the file to the graphic artist who designs and prints our catalog. From the time I run the extract to the time the artist emails back a raw layout with artwork is 30 minutes. In the past, Learning Connection allowed 6 weeks for catalog production time.
