"LastMileXchange has benn working with Artsoft Consult as an IT partner since May 2013. During that time we have grown our team in Artsoft Consult from 3 resources to 18. We have been very pleased with the level of service that we receive from Artsoft Consult as well as the quality of the resources provided. Artsoft Consult has also been able to assist in sourcing some specialist positions that we needed filling. We have also been able to gain access to specialist resources within Artsoft Consult who are not part of our core team but have been able to offer support in areas such as creating automated testing scripts, user interface and databases optimization. Artsoft Consult has also very importantly been able to manage the wage rate inflation. We looked use an offshore partner to help reduce our per head development costs and one concern we had whilst looking at potential solutions wasn’t just the initial cost but also the cost in the subsequent years. Artsoft Consult has consistently ensured that rates stay within our long term expectations which has allowed us to expand the team with them."
