  • "Artlogic has been a great resource for my small business. As a previous user of ArtBase, I was worried that it was going to be difficult to transition to a new database program. However the team at Artlogic has made my transition incredibly seamless and surprisingly easy! The knowledgeable team is incredibly customer service oriented and has been very helpful in setting up Skype tutorials to help me feel comfortable with the system and confident in my use of the various facets of the database. When customizing my program, the team at Artlogic was conscious of what I wanted in a database. They really supported me in building the best program for my business and instructing me on how to best utilize Artlogic to its utmost benefit. The fact that I can utilize the database anywhere with an internet connection has been a saving grace, especially while traveling abroad. This means I have access to live information at all times and the system updates automatically. There is no delay or static copy, which was a major problem I experienced in the past with other software based programs, this was particularly an issue at art fairs when a client purchased an artwork and needed to be invoiced—I was not previously able to invoice on the spot and have all the information saved and translated to everyone on staff. Now I don’t have to worry about information being lost or not received because Artlogic updates immediately and all necessary parties have access to this information. As such, not only will the sales person be cognizant of the sale, the registrar and financial controller back at the gallery will be informed too! Artlogic’s cloud based nature has streamlined business for me and made information management protocols that much more efficient. In addition, since Artlogic updates immediately, if there are upgrades to the system it happens automatically and my program receives all the additional updates. I no longer have to wait for the next series or edition of a software program, which is a relief because that can be quite costly and time consuming. Another great aspect of Artlogic is the Private Views section, which I can utilize on my iPad. It is a great sales tool and saves me from spending extra resources on similar programs. With Artlogic, I have my database at my fingertips as it is streamlined through the cloud. It is very easy to use and takes two seconds to customize an offer for a particular client. Instead of using multiple programs, making pdfs, and sending large attachments, I’m now able to share artworks digitally through sending a link or sharing them with a client while on a computer or iPad with one program. As previously mentioned, the customer service is superior. The team responds very quickly to both emails and phone calls and finds the solution to the problem rapidly. When I have an issue I can count on a live person helping me and not being passed to some automated system ending in frustration. The customer service is personalized and I actually have relationships with everyone that I’ve encountered, which I think is rather rare.Lastly, Artlogic’s interface makes it very user friendly and easy to pick up. I had no issues learning the program as everything is conveniently labeled. If I did have any questions I could either reference the help section or just phone the office and someone would answer my query with kindness."
