Approval Donkey is a Software as a Service (SaaS) that allows you to set up an unlimited number of approval workflows so that your decisions are sent to the right people in the right order. The system works directly through your email client meaning you don't even need to leave your inbox to approve or decline those important decisions. With a direct Xero integration, Approval Donkey can also pull through your invoices, bills, credits and purchase orders for approval before being sent back to Xero to await payment. Approval Donkey allows integration with a number of your favourite apps including Xero, Zapier, Gmail, Trello, Asana and more, making it easier to simplify your approval workflows.
