“I’m writing in regards to Alternative Staffing’s response to my company’s needs for the services that they offer. First off, their team came in to get an overview of my company and make sure they can best fit the positions that needed to be filled by working directly with myself on the exact specifics that I was looking for. From there, they performed a safety audit of my facility to make sure they were not putting their personnel at risk. After they got an idea as to what positions needed to be filled, they offered up many potential clients by first sending their resumes and then bringing them to my site for a tour and face-to-face interviews. I was then able to narrow down the choices by working directly with the ASI team and choose accordingly. I have since had multiple clients of theirs who have come on board full time. I will say that they not only checked in with me routinely on the progress of their staff while they were in temp status mode, but have also checked in after they were hired as full-time employees. I would definitely consider the Alternative Staffing team as an option when looking for any and all staffing needs.”
