William Alexander, is the founder of Alpine Web Media, LLC. In 1999, he was contracted for 3 years with IBM in Essex Junction, VT to assemble the architecture of a highly secure, technology and development internal website. The project greatly enhanced the collaboration between engineers throughout IBM worldwide. Since that time, the website architecture has become a model throughout IBM and is still highly utilized today.
