    We provide online training and documentation. A technician normally provides th first round of training.

  • Describe the implementation process and timeline for AireSpring software.

    Each customer gets a project coordinator and UCaaS engineer to guide them through the process. Customers who order a managed circuit with AirePBX, get a white love installation service. We send a technician on-site to install AND test any switches, routers and telephones. The technician ensures there is a working phone on each desk before they leave. Switches and routers are configure to prioritize voice traffic to help ensure Quality of Service (QoS)
