    We offer perpetual product license pricing as well as monthly subscription pricing options. Pricing is based per server per month, and varies according to the length of contract commitment.

    We provide trial keys for those wishing to try out the product (documents will be watermarked). For existing customers, temporary product keys for available to try out upgraded services.

    We offer in-person training done by the Services team at the client’s office as part of overall implementation. (In addition to our standard training we offer optional advanced system administration training for those interested.) All clients have a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will work with you to ensure your continued success. A variety of technical support packages are available for customers to select from, based on their requirements.

    Once the sales order is created, a dedicated project manager from Adlib Software will work with a client to establish timelines for the implementation. These will necessarily vary depending on a range of factors including the project scope and use case for the product.

    Standard Customer Support includes phone support MON – FRI 8 am to 6 pm EST, and access to the Customer Portal which includes toolkits and training resources. Advantage Support options are also available and include upgrades such as 24/7 phone support, a dedicated internal customer environment, and unlimited top-of-queue support tickets.
