"If there's anything certain in this world is that we need to be open to change.Back in 1996 - after 5 years of university (drawing by hand). I had to learn AutoCAD (version 12 for DOS) to secure my first job then of course through work I adapted to the later versions (13 for Windows. 14, then AutoCAD 2000 etc and by then. Graphisoft (ArchiCAD) allowed editorial houses to write books about it (in the late 90's you had to buy the software to be able to learn it) so in 2003 I learned ArchiCAD and started using it for my projects from version 7.5 up to version 23 (pretty much until recently). In recent years however I have been taking a close look at #Edificius usBIM from ACCA software software - this Italian marvel brings together a BIM nature integrating Real-Time Rendering with 3D BIM modelling and also includes video production, Virtual Reality Production, Pointcloud Instant translation etc. All in one software (and with the best price). Here's our first concept design proposal for one of our clients fully done with #Edificius usBIM this is just the start (haven't got yet to 'play' with most of the other features (Real-Time Render & Lighting for Interiors, VR, etc). Really looking forward to it. Embracing the change for good!"
