"1WL provide us with a valuable external development and project management resource, and very often provide input into technical queries and solutions at the start or end of projects. I've collaborated with Andy & Tim when working at my previous companies. From the very first project we did together I knew I'd found a couple of great guys, who ticked all the right boxes and the projects always seemed to run smoothly, partly due to the fact they were well managed by Andy and built well by Tim. For me 1WL are: Very professional and friendly which I know sounds fluffy but in my eyes it's important. You've got to be easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable, we think in the same way, so that means coming together to find solutions is easy. The quality of work is second to none, it's always accurate, well built, well managed, and on time (or early on occasion!).
